Voting Membership is open to any citizen aged 18 or over. Those under 18 or not citizens may be affiliate members. Dues vary by local community.
 
Persons living in areas without a local League are encouraged to become MALs (Members-At-Large) by paying dues directly to the state League. Contact the office for more information.  Current MAL dues are $35.
